Internal emergency voicemail SMS notification program

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Engel & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information associated with its internal emergency voicemail SMS notification program (the “Program”). The Program is intended only for specifically designated employees using company-provided mobile phones.

1. Information we collect

  • Employee enrollment information, including the employee’s name, company-provided mobile number, job-related contact designation, and consent record.
  • SMS operational records, including the sending number, recipient number, date and time, delivery status, opt-out request, and support request.
  • Emergency voicemail alert information, including information needed to notify designated employees that an emergency voicemail has been received. Depending on the capabilities and configuration of the Company’s communications system, an alert may contain only a notification that a voicemail was received, or it may also include limited information associated with the voicemail, such as the caller’s telephone number, the time of the call, or all or part of a voicemail transcription.
  • Support communications submitted when an employee requests assistance with the Program.

2. How we use information

  • Enroll and identify authorized Program recipients.
  • Send internal notifications that an emergency voicemail has been received. Depending on system capabilities and configuration, the notification may be a basic alert or may include limited caller or voicemail information.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, document, and improve the Program.
  • Honor STOP requests and respond to HELP or support requests.
  • Comply with applicable laws and protect the Company, employees, callers, systems, and property.
  • Use caller and voicemail information to receive, identify, route, review, and respond to voicemail messages and to operate and secure the emergency notification process.

3. SMS program disclosures

Program name: Engel & Associates, LLC Emergency Voicemail Alerts. Messages are sent by Engel & Associates, LLC from 208-578-7905. Message frequency varies according to the number of emergency voicemails received. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Enrollment is limited to employees designated to receive emergency voicemail alerts. Each designated employee provides affirmative consent before messages begin and may opt out by replying STOP. The Program is operational and is not used for advertising or marketing.

4. Consent and enrollment

Before enrollment, each recipient receives a clear description of the Program and affirmatively agrees to receive its messages at the assigned company-provided mobile number. The Company maintains a record of the employee’s consent. An employee may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting the Company.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to communications, hosting, security, and support providers that process information for us under appropriate restrictions; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, property, or system integrity.

6. Mobile information and marketing

We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for marketing. They may be handled by service providers solely as necessary to operate and support the Program or disclosed when legally required.

7. Retention and security

We retain Program information only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Employee choices and rights

  • Reply STOP to stop Program messages.
  • Reply HELP or contact the Company for assistance.
  • Notify the Company if the assigned phone number changes, the device is lost or reassigned, or the employee no longer serves as a designated recipient.
  • Contact the Company to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Program information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy when the Program, legal requirements, or service-provider requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate company channel.
